Manifolds

• We offer rotary manifolds for all types of media, air, water, coolant, lubricating agents, hydraulic oil, etc.
• Almost all units can be equipped with 2- or 4-port rotary manifolds. We have manufactured tables incorporating an 20 port manifold.
• We also offer controlled rotary manifolds for satellite tables.
• The typical pressure levels are 100, 250 or 500 bar with 5mm ports, axial connections are preferred, but radial outputs are available.
• Rotary manifolds with a high number of ports and high pressure levels influence the dynamics of the rotary table and diminish the available output torque of the rotary axis.
• In some applications, specifically when using a variety of media, a separation chamber between the pressure lines in the rotary manifold is advantageous.
• Peiseler has manifolds available using a new surface technology for very dynamic or continuous motions that are typical in the direct drive tables.
• Low friction seals avoid the stick-slip effect and jolts in quadrant jumps, this is of particular importance with simultaneous 5 axis machining.
