Faceplates

• In principal, various faceplate diameters and faceplate geometry are available for all machines. The largest faceplates with a diameter of 3,500 mm are produced for type ATHN.
• The fixture mounting details and t-slots shown in the illustrations are only examples, we will be happy to comply with your specific requirements and specifications.
• We supply faceplates with 12 mm, 14 mm and 18 mm alignment slots with a H7 tolerance and clamping slots with a H11 tolerance
• Our standard faceplate center pilot hole is 50mm H7, the smaller tables have a 30mm H7 pilot hole.
• Our standard for center pilot studs is 30 mm diameter with an h6 fit. Rhomboid pins and sword pin locators have a 16mm diameter with a h6 fit.
• We offer Hydraulic and pneumatic fixture porting. Most common is a series of 5 x 1.5mm O-rings set in counter bores creating a face surface seal.
• Faceplates with large through holes are available on request for trunnions and tables.
• We offer our proven designs for incorporating almost all clamping materials, mandrels, pliers, cones, SK and HSK mounting devices, pallets and zero clamp systems.
