Get to know our innovative positioning concepts at AMB

AMB is always an important stage for Peiseler to present our innovations.

From 15 to 19 September 2026, you can expect among others the following highlights from Peiseler at booth 10B86 in hall 10:

Where precision meets innovation: Highlights at AMB 2026

The machining of turbine blade segments with multiple airfoils requires the highest levels of precision and exceptional surface finishes. The ZAS 250, integrated into a grinding machine, is specifically designed to meet these demanding requirements.

Innovative solutions for modern workpiece positioning and new applications

At AMB 2026 in Stuttgart, Peiseler will present its latest developments in precise and flexible workpiece positioning. Featuring advanced axis systems, optimized rotary tilting units and modular positioning solutions, we demonstrate how our technologies meet the demands of emerging industries and highly demanding machining processes.

In addition to established applications in the machine tool industry, our focus is on new application areas such as aerospace and optics, as well as flexible solutions for machine upgrades, retrofits and modernization projects.

Modified ZAS 250 simplifies turbine manufacturing

The enhanced ZAS 250 has been specifically optimized for the high-precision machining of complex turbine components. Its redesigned axis configuration improves accessibility and flexibility when machining demanding geometries. Integrated sensors and actuators enable continuous process monitoring, resulting in enhanced process reliability and consistent machining quality.

Peiseler has further developed the ZAS 250 to meet the demanding requirements of the aerospace and power generation industries. The system is also capable of grinding the turbine blades located at the front of the turbine assembly, enabling the high-precision machining of complex turbine components.

Further developed AWD 160 rotary tilting unit for the optic industry

The AWD 160 has been specifically enhanced to meet the demanding requirements of optical manufacturing. Its compact design, durable materials and optimized positioning technology ensure high resistance to wear, precise machining processes and consistently superior surface quality, even under challenging operating conditions.

Discover our our retrofit solutions series

Peiseler offers various modular retrofit solutions under our ATC series. These NC rotary tables are characterised by their state-of-the-art design and an attractive price-performance ratio. During development, the focus was on optimising the drive train, harmonising the sizes and using standardised design principles for the components.
