Small and precise instruments, stainless steel or titanium implants, dentures made from precious metals and special alloys, plastic braces for teeth straightening, and screws and implants made from biological materials are machined on Peiseler single or multi-axis indexing devices. The diverse applications range from positioning to simultaneous multi-axis machining. Peiseler indexing devices successfully combine the turning and milling of a part in a single processing step. The combination of high speeds in the turning operation and the crucial high level of accuracy in the milling operation requires expert coordination between the directly driven indexing device, measuring system, manifold and bearing.
