Two-axis rotary tilt tables with worm gear drives on both the table and trunnion axes. We can also design each of these two axes with alternative drive technologies. Our ZASD series is comprised of direct drives, while our ZASR series is comprised of gear drives. Other options are available if you require multi-spindle table axes for two-axis rotary tilt tables. Spindle pitches vary between machines. We would be happy to arrange a meeting to discuss in further detail. We design all our solutions based on your installation space requirements.

Drive type
Worm gear drives
Peiseler uses three-piece worm gears, a well-known design developed by Ott. These gears consist of a worm wheel and a two-piece worm, the shank worm and hollow worm. During assembly, we adjust the gear so it is backlash-free. Readjusting the worm during its service life is simple with a commercially available mounting tool. The design advantages are a compact gear ratio, high mechanical precision and the control's excellent regulatory quality. Heat limits the duty cycle.
The benefits for you
