Multi-axis dividing heads from Peiseler, some with integrated spindles, are used in tool manufacturing. A finished product can be produced with six sided machining of bar stock in one operation. 

Alternatively dividing heads are built with tool adaptation to your specifications. The rough machined tools are fixtured for completion identically to the designated machine spindle. 

This fixturing results in the desired high product quality. Integrated work supports that swing out for part load / unload and centering tips stabilize the part and minimize vibration during processing.
